For plugins that say MySQL Optional, how would I know if I should use it or not?
Does it reduce ram usage? cpu usage? space used? faster? slower? is it best for larger or smaller servers?
I know how to use it sort of I just don't know whether I should use it if its optional or not

Mysql is are a database simplar The database saves info about contact with servers ports or something
well if you have it available its always better to use it it lowers the cpu usage and disk usage
