Hey. I was on a budget and got this build for around $530
Memory : ADATA XPG Gaming Series 4GB 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600
Motherboard : ASUS H81M-K LGA 1150 Intel H81 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel
Video Card: EVGA 02G-P4-3753-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked
Power Supply: CORSAIR CX series CX430 430W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC
CPU : Intel Core i3-4150 Processor 3.5GHz 5.0GT/s 3MB LGA 1150
Havent got the parts yet. Just maybe tell me a few games I can play on medium to high settings with stable FPS?
Also can I run shaders?

A fun game you can almost definitely run would be Star Wars Battlefront II. It's on Steam for $10.

Yes, you can run shaders but not at 60 stable fps, some light shaderpacks will work for you.
Battlefield 3 and 4, Titanfall, will work, not at high settings but you can play them to give you an idea.
