WHAT'S HAPPENING
I'm going to come straight to the point and say it: this happened while I was texturing in Techne.

This has happened before, but it usually fixed itself when reloading the model. Here, it did not. What's happening? How do I fix it?

Aaaaand here's the finished product! Totally worth the effort I put into it.

This is caused by having a texture map which doesn't align with the model properly.
Try changing your texture to be a blanket colour (eg red), and your entire model should become red, for example.
Also, "boobL"/"boobR". I'm 21 but this still made me laugh like a 12 year old.

Awww, really? Crap, I was planning on having different shades and stuff... I mean, it needs a face!
Wait...
What? Ok so I restarted Techne and it fixed itself. Strange. Well, thanks for the kind advice anyway! About the boob thing, it WAS made by a 13 year old, so It's logical it made you laugh like one.

Wow, I actually just realized that. As for OP, this is actually the best advice.
