What host?
Hi guys I want to start up a new server, but I don't know what host I should use.

You don't need a host. There are plenty of sites that can provide you with a free domain.
You might find it cheaper to use a DDNS service for hosting. Some of these services offer free use if you are willing to put up with certain domain name. You would have to shop around for the DDNS service that suits you.

Are you sure you want to use a host? I mean, you're just starting so I would host yourself until you get more people on it . I have a server too and that's what I'm doing for the beginnin.
