|| What makes a good server ||
of course a good server would be filled to the brim with outstanding quality in everything you would expect a good server to have. such as a good spawn, a good plugin setup, a good community, good terrain and good. helpful staff. but as a server owner, i want to go deeper, can you please tell me the one thing that is most important for a good server to have. as i'm sure many people would like to know. for me, the most important thing a server should have, is a good, attractive and well-organised spawn.

But then again, finding good staff isn't easy. finding skilled, mature, helpful dedicated and intelligent people on your server doesn't happen very often. but i guess that makes it even ,more rewarding than if every person was like that. but i would rather that everyone was like that.
staff are pretty important, i am sure i would hate a server with abusive, swearing admins that fly around with fully enchanted bows killing people for fun.
for me, its helpful and reliable staff.
they need to be online regularly,
never abusing their powers
interact with the community
but most importanly for me, they need to give easy, straight forward advice to the new people joining the server, like greeting them and ensuring they enjoy the server to its full potential
