okay so i have recently built a new spawn as the old one had bad FPS issues but the new one also does [FPS elsewhere ~50-90/ FPS at spawn ~9-23] Could anyone suggest why this is? If anyone wants the ip: bantacraft.serverminer.com

Also glowstone and signs. If you have a server shop that can cause lag.
lava flow, water flow, ores, entities redstone, low server specs ect.. try removing those,
keep in mind there are some of them underground.

High Redstone Use
Mobs Spawning in Gaps (If not regiond)
Too Many Blocks

Or it can be That you built the spawn on to many blocks and all the chuncks load when your there which makes it lag
