Oh Boy. Welcome. We Need YOUR HELP. Desperately.

Oh Lord Jesus Christ, I call upon this forum for help.
Ok.
I own a Minecraft Network Cloud.
It's called The Nebula.
It's a BungeeCord Server that you use to connect to other fun servers and networks.
Otherwise, a hub.
I pay $80, with my other owner, monthly on average.... for-
-2 HostHorde Servers (Which Is The Nebula, and A Separate Server)
-1 MCProHosting Server (BungeeCord Proxy)
-2 Domains (the-nebula.net, raidedice.net)

I want to cut it, now.
No more games.
No more $80 a month.

I'm in the market for a Server Box, or as some of you geniuses call it out here, PC's.
Or at least that's what I think you use.
Please help.
Me and my buddy are willing to spend up to $750.00 for this.
1-time pay only.
We would self host these.
I think.
It's complicated, I know.
Hell, I don't even think that I know how to do this.
I call upon you, loyal Planet Minecrafters.
Help me every step of the way with this.

In conclusion,
Our mandatory objectives are to-

- Get a server box (max price payed: $750.00, Though we would prefer around the $550.00 range for some wiggle room.)
- Help get the server box set up, and ready to be configured for the servers.
- Help set up BungeeCord.
- Help Portfoward. Oh Jesus, PLEASE HELP US PORTFORWARD.
- Help transfer multiple server information.
- Help with FTP if needed.
- Help get online.
- Help cancel previous services.

This is not a "pay for services" deal.
This is a forum conversation open for anyone with time on their hands and with a happy heart willing to help two desperate Server Owners in need.

So we'd like to know
What market are we in for?

We also would like to thank any participants.

Want to really make our day through this.... horrifying adventure? Want to make this delima faster?

If I understand correctly you are wanting to home host on a bought machine rather than pay monthly as you are now for shared hosting? If this is what you are looking to do, then I would highly discourage it as home hosting a public server can lead to multiple problems.

Firstly regarding costs, buying a suitable dedicated machine to run 3 servers on will cost more than $750. And that is without taking into consideration the costs of powering this machine 24/7, and your ISP internet fees.

Secondly regarding more serious issues, running a server from home can lead to serve security issues as you can easily get attacked by DDOSers, which will take down the internet for your whole house. Your ISP (Internet service provider) most likely also does not regard game server hosting as normal use, and therefore you can end up with heavy fees for running such a server from your home, and even get your internet cut off. All in all, costing you more money, and resulting in server down time for your players. On top of this, you will be putting heavy strains on your power, which can also cause short circuits, resulting in server down time, and possibly damaging your actual machine. You also have to realize that your ISP will not provide fast enough internet for you to host a server, which will also result in a laggy server for your players.

So overall, home hosting a public server is not a good idea. You will not save any money and it can cause a lot of problems for both yourself and your house hold. Instead I suggest you look into renting a dedicated machine or multiple VPS from OVH. They offer very low prices for some great specs and if you have the technical knowledge to set them up right you can fit hundreds and thousands of players on their machines. Take a look at their ranges and see what best fits your budget and needs: http://www.ovh.co.uk/
