This may not be the right place to post questions about commands but in case someone does know.
What's wrong with this command? Because it's unable to summon the mob when I try.

/summon minecraft:wolf ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1,CustomName:snow}

You can use true/false instead of 1/0. Custom Names are Json Text so you have to write it in quotes.

Yes, but 1/0 is the default.

There is no default, its both exactly the same. But Minecraft stores the true/false as a number. 0 beeing false, 1 beeing true. One is more readable, the represents how its stored on your PC.
