What should my server be?

So i have had a Faction server for about a month now.. no one has really joined and i have been the owner of HeroCraft (Went down) and now theres like 1,000,000 faction servers... so what should i turn my server in to?

I believe the most popular servers nowadays are hub/minigames servers.
