hmm survival and creative that will take up a lot of RAM i suggest making 2 different servers rather than making one with both unless you pay a lot of money for a lot of RAM

make it survival. in my server you can see survival can be fun! you cant fly, but you can get food easy and no monsters! also people get free houses and places to explore. i suggest working on you server before publishing it
The thing is he wants it to be pure survival and griefing allowed as well as pvp which I don't want.
