What kind of server should i create?
Im out of ideas I'm renting a box from a datacenter for 2 years now and for 3 months i haven't run anything but my private server on it please help!

I don't think you should even ask it here, I think a server should be your idea, and things you like. I think that if you use one of our ideas you won't last because you create something we ilke, not something you like.

Any More Ideas besides Factions?
Basically take (most of) the ideas here, and don't do them. If you have seen that type of server before, don't make it. So many people try making the same kind the internet is overflowed with them and half of them are empty
Which servers are bad ideas?
Factions really. I mean about 75% of the servers I see on PMC are Factions. I'm not joking It's just terrible really.
A theme park server would be cool where in one park every player would get a plot to build a ride, building, or scenery. This type of server would be awesome
How about a server that's just a simple lets play server with plugins that enhance default gameplay.
Just please... Don't make a factions server.

Make a server with a unique idea, something nobody has ever seen before. If you do that it makes a popular server and people normally stay on there. Don't blend in with normal servers, stick out from the crowd.
Well, if it's gonna be a dedicated one (i.e. 24/7), then your best bet is to use Xeons as most servers that are 24/7 use them, and to use ECC RAM. Also a high-class business connection for internet.
I thought you ment Ideas such as Drugs, Pvp.

Stone Galaxy
Obsidian Realm (My favourite)
Hell Empire.
Anyway would be happy to Build part of your server if you would like.
