What type of servers are people looking for?

Hi all,

i just want to ask what type of servers are people looking for these days?

All i see now is some little kids looking at griefing videos Minecraft hacking clients videos etc

I remember 1-2 years back all people were friendly not asking for admin or op etc follow the rules

now all what these kids do is just grief and spam with racist comments etc

So what type of servers do you like?

(btw griefing is not a problem on my server just rollback it)
