What do you look for?

When you are looking for a server to join What do you look for in the description? What inspires you to go onto that server and try it out? What do look for when it is your first time on the server? Friendly staff? Decent Spawn? Lag? What do you want to see on a server?

Sorry if this is a lot for one person to answer. But by you taking your time to answer this would really be nice feedback. I would like to make my server Decent to play on. Making it fun for all ages, With as least restrictions as possible to ruin game play
