What is your faveroite game mode, What plugins and play style do you guys like? I am going to make a server soon and I need to know what the players want. So please leave a reply on what you would like to see?

Yes, sorry. I've tried the whole server and plugin thing and failed I didn't remember the name. Thank you for clearing it up.
Tristikinsthe leveling plugin (I don't know the name) that adds unarmed, axe skills, mining, ect.
The plugin that gives you those skills is called mcMMO.
It says ** YOU READY YOUR [object] ** when you right click with your hand, a weapon or tool.
Me, personally, enjoy something that's more "team"? Factions is good, iEconomy, the leveling plugin (I don't know the name) that adds unarmed, axe skills, mining, ect. But I just like having some sort of group, and each person has a job. Gathering food, wood, ect. Then raiding and PvP with other factions.
