my friends server crashed from mcedit. someone placed about 10000000000000000000000000000 blocks -.- how can the server be fixed?

You can try rolling back the server
I assume you mean World Edit. And, Just turn it off, and turn it back on. If that doesn't work, your world has been corrupted,,and you should probably consider making a new world, and restricting who can use world edit.
You can remove blocks using McEdit. And fix chunk errors.
