Whats the Name Of This Plugin?

I am wondering what the name of this plugin is? It is like questions at spawn... You have the wall of rules then they there are signs that have questions on it... There are two button under the sign that are yes/no...... So it just makes sure everyone gets the rules in their head... Any idea of what this is called?

There are MANY plugins similar to this. One is Guest Unlock, where you hide the password on a sign in the rules, and they need to type /gunlock <password> and it will promote them to the rank you want them to. There is GuestLock (the only difference is that this only works with bukkit permissions. GuestUnlock has a configuration for BPerms, PEX, and Group Manger and one other I cant remember.)
