The Minecraft Wiki says early March, but they can't really announce a sure date until they're really close to finishing it. I know there is another thread for this, but I can't be bothered to scan the entire forum for it. You're really better off Googling this information for reputable sources.
Yeah, I've tried that, I guess I'll just wait and see.
