Guys When I Download Map like horror map,etc the command blocks are not working how can i fix this issue i use the same version with the map but idk why

Maps are usually made to work with a specific version of minecraft. Those maps containing command blocks are particularly senstive to not working in the wrong minecraft version as the commands being used end up changing from version to version.

- Locate server. properties then click Edit.
- Locate enable-command-block and change it to either true or false.
