Where do i get this shield animation texture pack/mod

Its just a banner pattern combined with a shield in the crafting table

Is there something special I'm suppose to be seeing? It just looks like the shield has a banner pattern and is enchanted.

umm you see how that shield is in first person its not the defualt way how do i get that orientation look on how on philz pov on first person the shield apereance is in the bottom left not in the left
