Where is this texture?

I want to change the annoying white border around the menu buttons, but I can't find them anywhere in the program files, where are they?

Texture is named widgets.png and is located in assets/minecraft/textures/gui in version.jar located in %appdata%/.minecraft/versions/<version>

Author might not included the texture in their resourcepack
