Which host?

Hello guys. İm going to make a hub server and i need a cheap host.
İ want like 6 - 8 gb of ram and like 80 - 100 slots.
İ would be happy if its cheap like 35 - 40 dollars for 8 gb.
İ want a custom ip like MeteorCraft.net (My server's name will be meteorcraft).
Oh and i found minerack. İt is a good host? Does it give custom ips? İf you use it please answer these questions.

I would reccomend NFO I have had them and they are just awesome but only if you wanna host from a data center in the US

I would use gg servers go to https://ggservers.net/billing/cart.php?gid=1 and check it out. Also if you have a domain you can set up dns and etc.... Also if you need a domain go to godaddy. And if you cant setup dns use no-ip.org,
"custom ip's" or domains, must be purchased through a domain website such as godaddy.com. Most hosts give you dedicated ips (numbers such as 56.634.xxx.xx etc.). As for a good host, i dont like to answer those questions because there really are too many hosts. People will recommend you hundreds of hosts, but the best way is to do research by yourself. think of your needs, look at reviews, etc.
