http://www.beastnode.com/
http://www.mcprohosting.com/
http://www.redstonehosting.net/

I basicly want the most RAM with most Players for Less Money, and one in the USA.

I suggest fragnet. Http://www.fragnet.net and I don't recommend beastnode. Terrible control panel.

I highly suggest http://www.lumengaming.com/, They give you more ram with more players for less, also they give you FTP, a MySQL server upon request, and a convenient Multicraft Panel. Also this is in the USA. Thanks.

What do you mean? I don't understand. Fragnet is very fast and has really good customer support. Also they have mcmyadmin, very helpful. I currently run a 1.5 GB server there with 30 people.

I mean I don't get much for $50. I want like 100 + players for that price.

i've used redstonehost.com and they are AMAZING. Very cheap prices as well. You get McMyAdmin which is a big Bonus for the price the entire thing is at.

Tekube.com is definitely the best and cheapest. I work for them and can help you set it up now too!
