Ok, launch your MC launcher. DO NOT LOG IN. Go to options and click force update. If that doesn't work, backup your saves, and delete ".minecraft", then run Minecraft.exe. This will definitely work.
Delete and totally redownload minecraft , that might be the fix.
It could be your graphics card drivers. Did you buy this computer at a store? Did you make any changes to its hardware/system files?
