Who needs a co-owner?

I am sorry but co-owner suggests you will help with expenses like hardware or hosting and bandwidth costs. When I ran my server I did it alone and could have used help managing it, but If your looking to help admin a server that is a different thing and should be stated as such. Good Luck on your quest, but suggest you position yourself with more clarity.

Being new around here and asking for such a large thing doesn't sound like such a great idea. I don't think you'll find any good server to co-own with your current reputation. Most people will find strangers of such low rep to be untrustworthy. Maybe try to get more into the community before asking this sort of thing?
I just think this is sort of a lot to ask for a new member popping up into the forums.
Also you could use a bit more detail in your post.
