Why can't anyone get Hungry?
I don't know how this happened or when it started, but I've had a few people complain that in survival they can't get hungry; no matter what they do. I went to test it for my self and sure enough, I spent 3 days on it without getting hungry. Does anyone know how to fix this? please help!

they don't have permission. They never would. I would know I've tested that theory.
On your server, are players allowed to turn /god on? if so, that might be why nobody can loose hunger
It is not on peaceful but on the hardest difficulty, but a few of my friends have said it is a plugin problem. Which one would it be, and where would I find it in the config?

Either its on Peaceful, Or somehow everyone has /god if you have that plugin.
Either everyone's on Peaceful or somehow on Creative.
Change server settings to Easy, Medium or Hard mode.

If you have it in Peaceful Your Character will not get Hungry. But if you have it in Easy,Medium,and hard mode your character will get Hungry.
Take it off of peaceful.
EDIT: Then run in a straight line until you get hungry.
