Why isn't my texture pack working?
Ok. So I made an edited version of JoliCraft for a map that I'm making, and I used Paint.net. I just edited some of the items, and everything looked ok in paint.net. But then I opened up minecraft. And it just looked like a hadn't changed ANYTHING. At all. If anyone could tell me how to fix this that'd be awesome. And yes, I did save. I checked.

I think I know the problem. Go here : https://twitter.com/Dinnerbone/status/2 ... 5647561728 get the unstitcher.jar, put it on your desktop, run it, click your tp, and then try the converted version of it. It's made by dinnerbone at mojang and I use it for my tp and it works fine.

Well first problem from this: you're editing someone else's texture pack. You have to make something 100% yours (if you plan on posting it here). Second, if you're editing a texture pack, it is possible you're using the wrong resolution. Are you editing the terrain.png correctly? Make sure your editing the right file. That's all I can really think of right now; hope it helps.

What version of Minecraft are you using?
I would suggest changing the name to something else.
You might have saved it as a different file altogether.

It is actually a different file because i still wanted to keep the original texture pack. I copied and pasted the entire pack, and i edited what i needed. It also has a different name. I edited JoliCraft, and i named my new pack "Doctor Who JoliCraft" for the map I'm making. I just have no idea whats going on
