Why is my 1.5 pre release so weird???

Whenever I download the pre release, it downloads as a zip file, not a .jar
What do I do?

If you're on a PC, you could right click and click "Extract All.."
If it doesn't un-zip properly try editing the file name from .zip to .jar since both file formats are similar many times you can change it without consequence.
Unarchive (unzip) it.
For Windows Users; UnZip it by using a program like 7Zip or WinRAR.
For Mac Users; UnZip it with the built in Archive Utility (open with/Archive Utility).
