Why wont people join my server?

Because the server is unoriginal. 45 plugins... Im betting you just got them off Bukkit.org
Why join you when there are countless other exact same servers out there? Try thinking of something original for your server.

Y dont you have one objective like ranking, or raiding factions? I personally like the ranking idea... Like to rank up, first u must build a house. Once you are done, you will rank up, and receive /kit iron or something... And the next rank would be make a farm with 5 different crops... etc...

1) There's no such thing as unlimited RAM
2) Try to come up with one thing you have that a billion other servers don't already have.
3) 500 slots and no players makes for quite a ghost-town looking server
