Optifine isn't the problem. Ive had optifine for the longest time and this problem just started happening yesterday

Maybe it's your texture pack?
Try turning on Fancy graphics instead if you've got Fast on. Otherwise IDK.
Idk how about Just search up how to disable it on Google.
