Wildcraft!
Okay so I started Minecraft not planning to do servers at all. After a few months I got really bored of ssp so went on a hunt for servers. I will not tell you all of the servers I have been to but I will say they all had the same recreated generic feel to them. They had a couple attractions but in the end they were all the same. One server stood out from the rest. That of course, was Wildcraft! On this server instead of having a spawn road with a ton of big buildings like McDonald's and hotels and stuff, they have a carefully planned and amazingly built spawn and spawn city. Not only that but the day I joined, there was a glitch where pioneers, the starting rank, could not place or destroy blocks. Of course, it was annoying but something about Wildcraft just makes you stay no matter what happens. Even during the glitch all of the higher ranked people were nice and patient. Nobody on the server is just a bad person. So now I am a moderator and it is amazing! The spawn has been moved and updated many times but it never has a generic recreated feel to it. I challenge anybody to find a better server. Good luck to you then!

Why thank you, both of you. I highly enjoy this server and I love the people on it. The posts above explain why I do.
^^ what this guy said, and this is coming from a server owner, as well as a person who held an advanced post in a server.

the thing that makes you stay are two things:
a) your too lazy to find another server (only refers to most people, idk if you are)
b) you put so much work in, you dont want it wasted
EDIT: you guys are doing this for ingame money or items, i bet i am right about that
What is your point? I really fail to see it, if you're in any way trying to bash on Wildcraft, I suggest you stop.
What I so far have read is; you simply need to get something in return to like a server, that's YOUR argument, try read your own comment a couple of times.. Kthxbai..
You should be able to see, that is plain bullshit and if you don't have anything constructive to contribute with, I suggest you gtfo.

You know what, screw you guys! I play on this server because I love it. I loved it before I was a moderator. That means BEFORE I could spawn stuff. I would not do this just for in game stuff because I do not care about in game items and cash. I would still play if I was demoted. I will never give up on this server. If you do you are idiots. That is why I made Youtube videos of it! I love this server. Everybody on it is awesome and nice! I do have duties but that is not why I love it. I love this server enough to donate. How does that make you feel? Am I still lazy? Did you read the damn review saying how many other servers I had been too? If you didn't I have been to a lot. Damn people just hate to hate now.

elite is a mod he has no reason to reveiw a server for money or items as he can spawn anything he would want
That's also another reason why a person would stay. They have responsibilities as a Moderator and/or they like spawning items.

So if I had a job, let's say as a leader of a huge "something(here I refer to a company or factory etc.)", I would stay, even though I had the god damn worst work environment in the world? I think not..
So may I go ahead and say, your point is invalid?

Truly Excellent server, One of the best I've been on, plugins are fun, environment is free and constructive, and there's plenty of room to build and mingle with the people online, a great experience.
I've been playing there for roughly a month and have had little to no interruptions playing SMP style and building within the wilds of the different server biomes. There's always something interesting going on, and constant updates increase the range and possibility for server events to make it an overall satisfying and pleasant server to make your home!
The Moderators are polite and helpful even on the busiest of days and they see to it that no disruptive players overstay their welcome.
I recommend everyone to give WildCraft a shot! Donate if you can!
