Right now i am hosting a server but i want to look into buying a hoster for my server, and was wondering if i could transfer my worlds to the hosted server? Aslo, what about the plugins i have?
And i need some recommendations of good cheap server hosters

You can transfer all of your plugins and worlds. You may require an application such as FileZilla to do so.
