Kudos to you, bro. I just figured out my own config. It takes a good heart to do it for lots of other people!
If you wouldn't mind I've got a server with a fair few plugins running and I'm currently relying on op/not op permissions. I've never had the time to actually sort out the "proper" permissions for it. It's a pretty big job though and I'd understand if you'd rather not
