Based on your computer model name, I pulled up these specs.
The graphics chipset is so old that support for its version of OpenGL was probably dropped with 1.7.5, or will be dropped whenever they do drop support for it.
Does your title screen have a warning on it like this? If not, then forget what I said about losing support for your chipset's version of OpenGL. If you do get this warning, it's time to save up for a new computer.

Please Try Updating your Drivers.
Try updating your graphics drivers.
Search for "device manager," and open it. Under "display adapters," there should be some sort of video device (probably named "Intel GMA" or "Intel Graphics Media Accelerator"). Right-click the video device, and click "update driver software." Let it update, and start Minecraft.
EDIT: If this does not work, then Minecraft has probably dropped support for older versions of OpenGL, in which case you have two options: play an older version of Minecraft (1.7.4 or 1.7.2?), or start saving up for a new computer.
