Windows 10 Issue

I've upgraded my PC to Windows 10, and I have this very strange thing that happens to me in fullscreen.

If you can't be bothered to look at the specs:
- Intel i7-2600 @ 3.5GHz
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560
- Java 8

Additional info:
- This happens to every version
- This happens with and without mods
- This only happens in fullscreen (I want to stay fullscreen, I hate windowed)
- This doesn't happen as often if I'm on the title screen
