How can I setup a windows 8 server? Bukkit dosnt work, can someone code a new software for me or something?

Bukkit should definitely work on Windows 8, in fact, I use Windows 8 and Bukkit works fine. All you have to do is visit http://wiki.bukkit.org/Setting_up_a_server and it will show you all the steps on how to create a server!
