I guess? I loved using XP as a kid. My first PC had XP I feel sad to not reinstall it. Honestly as technology has advanced (as others have said) Microsoft isn't gonna support a 17 year old Operating System. Honestly get Windows 7 or 10 . Vista and Windows 8 were kinda buggy (my experience)
Windows XP was an amazing operating system for it's time, but it is really outdated now. I would recommend installing Windows 7 or newer.
If you are broke & don't play too many windows-exclusive games, Linux would also be a viable option.
