Wondering if anyone could help me

I have 2 Minecraft server and Im looking for the old factions plugin with /f who
my players do not like the new factions and they always complain if there is nowhere to get the old factions can somone please tell me how to config the new factions so people can explode tnt in others territory and also open other chests in other territory any help would be very appreciated thanks!
