My players and I come across chunks like this in the server world. They cause lag. They seem like illusions or something of the sort, when you teleport away then come back, they're gone.

What you need to do is delete that world... the Corruption has it...

I have been having the same problems, Are you using the Spigot pre builds?
I am using the latest spigot stable build, or what my host "believes" is a stable build. I restarted and they seemed to be gone. So its a spigot issue?
