World Guard?
Hi! I saw some servers that when you walk into an area, a little blue message in the chat pops up. EX: Welcome to Spawn! or Now leaving spawn. Is this world guard, and if so, how do you do it? And if this is a plugin, what plugin is it? Please tell me here. Thanks!

World Guard flags is what makes the message.
