World Guard Help

Is there anyway to Guard small blocks or even 1 block with World Guard effectively? Not like setting regions. Also with small areas.

so you have to use permissions, is there any permission that allows someone to e.x break tree blocks, cobble, etc?

With Worldguard you can set regions only.
I know what you mean, its quite annoying.
