Alright, so I'm creating a public Minecraft server which is still in the works and I need a little help with something. I have the spawn area world guarded so players can't build, pvp, etc. Let's say I make an area within said region where I allow players to build in 1 small spot in spawn. What would I do to make this work? I tried enabling 'build' in the spot but no blocks could be placed for some reason. Is there something I'm not seeing that needs to be overridden to make this possible?

You have 2 regions overlapping. If you want it to work, make the no building "area of spawn four regions that do not go over the build region (assuming it's a square).
