World Guard noob needs help! PLZ!
So i just got world guard for my server and i made a region that you cant build in
but when i deopped myself to try it out i couldnt build
ANYWHERE. is there like a perms place ican make users place blocks.

You need to actually configure your permissions based plugin. Odds are, you have not defined any groups nor have you set any perms. You will need to actually do some research on what the perms are and set them to the appropriate groups. And, in the case of Pex only showing the version, that is because you are not using the correct command. There are many pex commands, this link should provide with a good deal of info.

You should post your WG config here so we can look at it.
Also, do you have a permissions plugin? You will want that to give yourself the permissions to build in the wild. I would recommend using PEX.
