World not working properly on singleplayer

Hi! Not sure if title went right, but anyways, My problem is: I just got new computer, started nice survival and built house etc... Next day i started playing it again, and then it happened. It only loads small chunk where my house is located. Im not able to use doors/lever/chests etc... When i destroy block, it disappears, no even block drops (not sure if right word for it) appear? Specs are: 12 gb ram. other specs not so sure, but you can check them from google, i guess. (hp pavilion 500 pc series)
Minecraft version is 1.7.10. Only shaders mod used, And no crash occurs.

i am kind of amazed that you can even start minecraft with shaders installed
get rid of the shaders, install optifine and try again
