World Protection
Im running a bukkit server on 1.7.4 and none of the world protection plugins are working. I've tried world guard and many others but they dont work. Any suggestions?

Roaring, Group Manager doesn't conflict with WorldGuard and shouldn't make it not work -- Might have been an error with the way you had permissions set up.
Fallen, there are no 1.7.4 Bukkit builds out, so how you're running it on 1.7.4 has me confused.
What other plugins do you have, and what are the versions of each of them?
Also, what do you mean by "not working?"
Are flags not working? Is the plugin not loading? Are the commands not working?

I am running bukkit 1.7.4 but some 1.6.4 plugins still work for 1.7.4. The world guard just completely doesnt work, it doesnt load or anything.
There are NO bukkit builds for 1.7.4.. There are only builds for 1.7.2. Which build are you using? You can find a list of them, here.

Worldguard works fine just make sure everything is compatible and that you have worldedit installed.
The only time I had issues with World Guard not working was when I had Group manager installed as well. Otherwise, it was just user error for me.
