I am having so issues configuring my server, as the one who did it last time no longer plays and, well, im a noob ;D
I managed to get everything working again, except for 1 thing. I got this plotworld, which works perfectly fine, then i got a primary world, where rank 1 is not supposed to be able to build anything. How do i prevent players on rank from building in that world and still allow them to build in the other world?
I got worldguard, but is it possible to make an entire world a region?
Also got PermissionsEX and multiverse, got some other plugins too, but doubt they have any effect on it

heres the 3 easiest ways:
1. with essentials in the config enabled "world based permissions" then u can choose who can enter a world.
2. another option if you have the modifyworld plugin that comes with pex then just give the group a section that looks like this: http://pastebin.com/dyWpXuKD only giving modifyworld.* to the worlds you want them to build in.
3. in worldguard the world region is __global__ with the __ being 2 _'s you can just add groups to that if you want.
