WORLDEDIT SCHEMATICS please help!!!!

I'm using worldedit in my technic pack so i can build stuff, but im guessing its about the same as having it in a server.
I wanted to move a large selection up a couple blocks, so I cut it, it worked fine, then i tried to paste it and it couldnt load, so i had to close the game. Now where my selection was is a giant hole. I didnt have a schematic folder in my worldedit files. so I dont know
how to bring my map that i made back. PLEASE HELP
