(I'm sorry for bad English, I'm not native speaker)
I use WorldGuard and WorldEdit. No one can set protect areas. I tried to change configs, but it doesn't work.
Axe works as vanila axe and players can't get an axe by '//wand'. I tried to change axe to another item, but it still doesn't works.
I really need your help, I'm tired of this damn problem solving.
I use Minecraft 1.7.10, WorldGuard 6.0.0 and WorldEdit 6.0.2.

I believe WorldEdit and WorldGuard depend on "Essentials". It could be your versions being either too high or too low. Although I think you're good with the versions. (no promises though). I don't know what else. There isn't much information XD
