I am setting up mine regions for my prison server and I keep running into the same problem, people are able to break outside of the mine, I have the outside of the mine flagged with build deny but the player is still able to break outside of where they are supposed to be able to, I have tried adding extra flags but so far nothing happens to work, any help is much appreciated

This post is no longer needed, the issue was found to be a fortune blocks plugin which bypassed worldguard's protection

i believe you have to set a priority of the lands 1 being the lowest i would just go 10 the highest since i have never seen a server with more than 10 regions inside other regions. Sorry if this confused you i couldnt find a way to word it
