WorldGuard Player Health Help!

I've tried making a few posts before asking for help, hopefully this time someone can give me a hand lol.
Issue 1:
I'm trying to set up my server so that when a group, lets call it Zombie, walks into a certain area, their max health increases by 2 hearts. But if Sheep (another made up group) walks into this area, their health remains the same.
Anyone know any plugin that might be able to achieve this? My plugins:

I'm looking for a plugin that will give players certain perks. I was going to go with Heroes, but it didn't seem to work.

In my opinion heroes works just fine, I suggest you revisit it.
There are many plugins out there but really, we know nothing of your server. So post some information for once. We can't recommend something based of thin air.
