WorldGuard Problem/Players can break spawn!
Ok, so for some reason players can destroy blocks in spawn ( a protected region with WorldGuard ) and the "Hey! You can't break that block here." Message comes up but the block still breaks! Whenever you try to place a block the same message comes up and it doesn't let you place it. But i can't figure out how to prevent the block breaking. Please help!

Set the flag: block-place to deny
I could join and see what you did wrong? i'm pretty good at world guard
Make sure you
1. Select the region
2. //expand vert (This will expand the selection of region up to the max height and down to bedrock)
3. Create the region
4. Set the flag "build" to deny
5. Test

Yes i have done that, still they can break but not place, and it sends them the message.
Minecraft Version? WorldGuard/WorldEdit Version? Bukkit/Spigot Version (Or whatever you use)?
Also try removing worldguard and re-adding it.

It isnt the versions they are up to date i checked, and i tried reinstalling WG still doesnt work.
